1. How do I cancel my booking?
Cancellations can be made directly through the Platform’s website. Simply click on Manage Booking in the main navigation menu, enter your booking details, and follow the prompts to complete your cancellation if you would like to do so. Please note that any applicable cancellation charges will be applied in accordance with our cancellation policy, which can be reviewed before confirming your cancellation request.
2. How do I modify my booking?
For any booking modifications or special requests, please reach out to our customer service team directly via Email: guest@otolohomes.ae or Call/Whatsapp +971-2-4968278. Please note that modifications cannot be made through the website, so contacting our team ensures that your requests are handled promptly and accurately depending on availability
3. How many park tickets do I receive with my booking?
Each registered guest will receive one single-park ticket per night booked, valid only for the registered guest. For example, a 3-night stay for 4 guests would include a total of 12 park accesses.
4. Can I choose which Yas Island park to visit?
Yes! Each ticket allows access to one park per day, and you can select from any of the available Yas Island parks (Ferrari World, Warner Brothers World, Yas Waterworld and SeaWorld) for your visit.
5. What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-In: From 3:00pm on your arrival date.
- Check-Out: By 11:00pm on your departure date.
6. Is early check-in or late check-out available?

7. Are park tickets transferable or refundable?
Unfortunately, park tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, and they must be used by the registered guests during the dates of their stay only.
8. Is smoking permitted in the accommodation?
For the safety of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please be informed that a violation fee of AED 1000 will be applied if this policy is violated. You may use designated smoking aeas around the buidling.
9. What should I do if something isn’t working in the accommodation?

10. How do I check in?
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive detailed check-in instructions via email within 24 hours of your arrival, helping to ensure a smooth, seamless, and stress-free check-in at your accommodation.

12. Is Wi-Fi available in the accommodation?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout your accommodation, so you can stay connected during your stay.
13. Can I have guests over during my stay?
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Adding additional guests without prior confirmation may result in extra charges or, in some cases, termination of your stay
14. What measures are you taking for health and safety?
We adhere to rigorous cleaning standards, thoroughly sanitizing high-touch surfaces to provide a safe and hygienic environment for your stay.
15. What is your policy on noise and parties?
Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may result fine of AED1000 or eviction without a refund.
16. Is there parking available?
Yes, one complimentary parking spot is available per booking. Parking instructions will be provided within 24 hours of your arrival.
17. Are there laundry facilities available?
Our accommodations are equipped with a washer, making it easy to refresh your clothes during your stay.
18. How secure is my personal and payment information?
We use industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and payment information.
19. What if I notice damage upon arrival?
Please feel free to highlight any existing damage or issues to the operator within 3 hours of check-in to ensure these are not charged against your security deposit.
20. Can I extend my stay after check-in?
Extensions are subject to availability. Please kindly contact our guest relation team as soon as possible to inquire about extending your stay.
