Offer is valid for a minimum stay of 7 consecutive nights with Stay & Play package. Applicable to new reservations made during the promotional booking period. Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
Offer is valid for stays completed within the advertised promotional travel period. Any extensions beyond the 7‑night stay will be charged at the prevailing best available rate.
The discount is applied by charging only 5 nights for a 7‑night stay. The lowest‑priced nights within the stay will be discounted. Discount is already reflected in the final confirmed rate and cannot be adjusted or refunded separately.

Apartment Types:

Offer is applicable only on participating apartment categories. Not valid for long‑stay monthly rates, corporate contracted rates, or staff/colleague offers unless otherwise stated.
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers, cashback offers, or negotiated rates.
Cancellation and modification terms will follow the rate plan selected at the time of booking.
In case of early check‑out or stay reduction, the offer becomes void, and the booking will be recalculated at the best available rate per apartment per night for the actual nights stayed.
No refund will be provided for unused nights under this offer.
Date changes are subject to availability and may result in rate repricing.
Property reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or modify this offer without prior notice.
In case of dispute, management’s decision will be final.
