1. Who Can Participate 
This Product will only be available to UAE citizens and residents  

2. What’s Included in the Gift Box:  
Each Annual Pass Gift Box contains: 
• Gold Yas Annual Pass  
• A Gold Yas Annual Pass Lanyard :  designed to hold your Annual Pass card securely around your neck, keeping it easily accessible while you enjoy all the benefits and experiences the pass offers. 
• A curated selection of eight (8) retail items sourced across the four Yas Island theme parks (Warner Bros. World Yas Island Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld, Ferrari World Yas Island Abu Dhabi, and SeaWorld Yas Island Abu Dhabi)* 

Note: Specific items may vary by availability; images are illustrative only. Miral may substitute items of equal or greater value if required. 

3. Offer Details 
• This Product is available for purchase only from 21st November 2025until supplies last.  
• Limited quantities are available and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

4. How to Purchase 
1. Purchase Link: 
- The Gift Box can be purchased online only via the designated link: https://www.yasisland.com/ar/annual-pass-gift-box. 
2. Selecting Your Gift Box: 
- Choose the number of Gift Boxes you want. 
- Enter the recipient’s details (including name, phone number, and email address) accurately at checkout. 
3. Payment: 
- All payments must be completed online via a secure payment gateway. 
- The 12-month interest-free Tabby option does not apply when purchasing this Product. 
- All purchases cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. 

5. Confirmation & Voucher 
• After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your voucher attached. 
• Keep this voucher safe; it is required for redemption and collection of your Gift Box. 
6. Gifting the Voucher 
• You may forward or hand over the voucher to the recipient. 
• Miral Experiences LLC and Miral Destinations – Sole Proprietorship LLC, and their affiliates are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or incorrectly shared vouchers. 

7. Redeeming Your Gift Box 
• You shall visit the Annual Pass Lounge at Ferrari World Yas Island Abu Dhabi to redeem the voucher and collect the Gift Box. 
• Present both the voucher and your Emirates ID to collect the Gift Box. 
• Each voucher can be used once only and cannot be reused or exchanged. 
• Gift Boxes must be collected within 90 days of purchase. 

8. Validity of the Annual Pass 
• Vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period shown on the voucher. 
• Expired vouchers will not be accepted or replaced. 
• Annual Pass validity starts from the date it activated. 
• Annual Passes are subject to the Annual Pass Terms of Use. 
• Annual Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Reselling or commercial use will void the Gold Annual Pass. 

9. Additional Terms and Conditions  
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer. 
• The Gift Box is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. 
• Limited quantities available; once sold out, no additional stock will be offered. 
• Any vouchers that are altered, duplicate, or modified in any way will be deemed invalid and non-redeemable.  
• Miral Destinations reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice or liability.
